G\u00fcndemde tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lan bu konuyu e\u011fitimci dostlar ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131larla yakla\u015f\u0131k iki saat boyunca de\u011ferlendirdik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSava\u015f, sadece generallere emanet edilemeyecek kadar hayati bir konudur\u201d s\u00f6z\u00fcnden ilhamla \u201cE\u011fitim konusu sadece siyaset\u00e7ilere ve e\u011fitimcilere b\u0131rak\u0131lamayacak kadar \u00f6nemlidir\u201d diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve de\u011ferlendirmelerimizi sizlerle payla\u015fmak istiyorum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esasen bug\u00fcn yap\u0131lan m\u00fcfredat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na nereden ihtiya\u00e7 do\u011fdu\u011fu e\u011fitimciler taraf\u0131ndan dahi bilinmemektedir. Asl\u0131nda bir de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe gerek olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, gizli kodlu &nbsp;bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik talimat\u0131&nbsp; ile hareket ge\u00e7ildi\u011fi kulislerde konu\u015fulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ben bu yaz\u0131mda genel bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 sunacak, maddeler konusunda detay de\u011ferlendirmelere girmeden ana esas konular\u0131 yazaca\u011f\u0131m. \u0130lgililer maddelerin detaylar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirmeleri ehlinden \u00f6\u011frenebilir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Da\u011f UNICEF mi Do\u011furdu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konuyu yak\u0131ndan bilen uzmanlar\u0131n ifadesiyle; Kamuoyuna \u2018<strong>T\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 Maarif Modeli\u2019<\/strong>&nbsp;olarak tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen haz\u0131rlanan yeni m\u00fcfredat\u0131n&nbsp; b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda UN\u0130CEF\u2019in e\u011fitim pro\u011fram\u0131 oldu\u011fu, Avustralya gibi baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerde uygulanan Kids-12 program\u0131n\u0131n bir terc\u00fcmesi oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u00dcstelik terc\u00fcme dilinin zay\u0131f, ifadelerin yetersiz ve anla\u015f\u0131lmaz oldu\u011fu da \u00f6nemli bir eksikliktir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu m\u00fcfredat program\u0131n ana hatlar\u0131 uzmanlar taraf\u0131ndan&nbsp; \u015f\u00f6yle \u00f6zetlenmektedir:&nbsp; Kapitalist sistemin istedi\u011fi vatanda\u015f tipi yeti\u015ftirmeye d\u00f6n\u00fck bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma. \u00d6\u011frencide &nbsp;erdemleri aram\u0131yor, erdemlere uygun de\u011fil. Program\u0131n kazan\u0131mlar b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde Din yok. Pro\u011framda din dersi bir din olarak de\u011fil bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr olarak topluma anlat\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu kadar uzman\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131nmas\u0131na, \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaylar d\u00fczenlenmesine ra\u011fmen sonu\u00e7ta terc\u00fcme bir m\u00fcfredat ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin birikimi ve e\u011fitimci kalitesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kabul edilemez bir&nbsp; emri vakidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E\u011fitim m\u00fcfredat\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n amac\u0131 ve hedefi \u2018<strong>Erdem-de\u011fer-eylem (EDE)\u2019<\/strong>&nbsp;ifade edilmesine ra\u011fmen esas hedefin m\u00fcfredat pro\u011fram\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7ok zay\u0131f kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. E\u011fitim m\u00fcfredat de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finde esas hedef olarak vurgulanan \u2018<strong>Erdem-de\u011fer-eylem (EDE)\u2019<\/strong>&nbsp;uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n programda belirgin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, program\u0131n tamam\u0131na n\u00fcfuz etmesi gerekirken i\u00e7inde sadece bir paragrafta vurgulanarak ge\u00e7i\u015ftirilmi\u015f olmas\u0131, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n y\u0131llar \u00f6nce a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018dindar nesil\u2019 hedefinden ne kadar uzakla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u2018erdemli nesillere\u2019 dahi yer a\u00e7\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bir g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di\u011fer bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce de; m\u00fcfredat\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu kadar sadele\u015ftirilip k\u0131salt\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflendi\u011fi ifade edilmi\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen aksine 2017 de haz\u0131rlanan m\u00fcfredattan daha uzun ve gereksiz detaylar i\u00e7ermesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00fcfredat\u0131n gereksiz detay ve a\u00e7\u0131klamalardan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, dilinin daha sade ve anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Mesela metin i\u00e7inde \u201c\u00f6\u011fretmen tecr\u00fcbeleri\u201d yerine &nbsp;\u201ce\u011fitimci yans\u0131tmalar\u0131\u201d demek anla\u015f\u0131lmaz bir \u00e7aban\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olarak g\u00f6z\u00fckmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6te yandan belirli ana de\u011fer ve kazan\u0131mlar\u0131 vurgulamak yeterli olacakken uzun uzun kazan\u0131mlar\u0131 yazmak ve detayland\u0131rmak, m\u00fcfredat\u0131 gereksiz uzat\u0131p anla\u015f\u0131lmaz ve uygulanmaz hale getirmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>E\u011fitim Sistemimizi Darwinci, Ateist, Tesad\u00fcf\u00e7\u00fc S\u00f6ylemden Kurtarmal\u0131y\u0131z<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eski ve yeni m\u00fcfredatta konular i\u015flenirken ateist, pozitivist bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 ders kitaplar\u0131na hakim durumdad\u0131r. Kitaplarda matematik, fizik, kimya , biyoloji konular\u0131n\u0131n form\u00fclleri ve m\u00fckemmel kurallar\u0131 anlat\u0131l\u0131rken bu kurallar\u0131n ve dengenin kendi ba\u015f\u0131na tesad\u00fcflerle olamayaca\u011f\u0131 mutlaka bir yarat\u0131c\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 taraf\u0131ndan yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gen\u00e7lere kainat\u0131n ve canl\u0131lar\u0131n yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki denge ve m\u00fckemmelli\u011fin tesad\u00fcflerle olamayaca\u011f\u0131, \u201cyarat\u0131landan yarat\u0131c\u0131y\u0131 bulma\u201dy\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcren ifadeler metinlerde mutlaka yer almal\u0131d\u0131r. Maalesef halen ders kitaplar\u0131m\u0131zda sanki her \u015fey kendili\u011finden tesad\u00fcflerle olu\u015fmu\u015f, madde, canl\u0131lar, d\u00fcnya, kainat ve bilimsel kurallar tesad\u00fcfen olu\u015ftu gibi bir bilim dili hakim durumdad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00fcfredatta ve kitaplarda kainat\u0131 ve insan\u0131 anlamaya y\u00f6nelten, varolu\u015f gayesini hat\u0131rlatan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler ve yorumlar\u0131n da mutlaka olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Totaliter, \u0130deolojik ve Vesayet\u00e7i&nbsp; E\u011fitim Anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 Terk etmeliyiz<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMevcut s\u0131nav sisteminin t\u00fcm e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim program\u0131n\u0131 bozdu\u011fu\u201d tespitini \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir sorunun tespiti olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00f6\u011frencilerin ders kitaplar\u0131n\u0131 okumak, anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak yerine \u201c\u0130mtihanlarda hangi derslerden soru gelir, hangi derslerden soru gelmez, s\u0131navda nereler \u00f6nemli ve neler \u00f6nemsiz?\u201d d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesiyle bir\u00e7ok dersi dinlemedi\u011fi, kitaplar\u0131 okumad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmektedir. Mevcut s\u0131nav sistemi d\u00fczeltilmeden m\u00fcfredat\u0131n d\u00fczeltilmesinin ve yeni kitaplar yaz\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok bir anlam\u0131 olmayaca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k bir ger\u00e7ektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00fcfredatta daha \u00f6nceki d\u00f6nemlerde de yer alan ama yeni m\u00fcfredatta azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 beklenirken daha fazla yer alan askeri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve vesayet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n gen\u00e7leri tek tip d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye y\u00f6neltece\u011fi, totaliter ideolojilere kap\u0131 aralayaca\u011f\u0131, \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmac\u0131 bir gen\u00e7lik olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Totaliter, tek parti anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan kalma d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve ideolojinin, milliyet\u00e7ilik ve vatanseverlik ad\u0131na aynen&nbsp; devam etti\u011fi hatta artarak yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Art\u0131k sadece Kom\u00fcnist Kuzey Kore&nbsp; ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de uygulanan totaliter, askeri vesayet\u00e7i, tek tip insan yeti\u015ftirmeye ayarl\u0131 e\u011fitim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f d\u00fcnyada \u00e7oktan terk edildi\u011fini, bizde de terk edilmesi gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc, vatansever, milli de\u011ferlere sahip, ahlakl\u0131 ve bilgili nesiller yeti\u015ftirmesi gereken e\u011fitim sisteminin maalesef nesillerimizi bu de\u011ferlerden uzakla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Do\u011fan C\u00fccelo\u011flu\u2019nun bir seminerinde anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi \u201c<strong>ABD\u2019de e\u011fitimsiz insanlardan korkuyorum. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise e\u011fitimli insanlardan \u00e7ekiniyorum. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bizim e\u011fitim sistemimiz insanlara bilgi y\u00fcklerken ahlak ve de\u011ferlerden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor\u2019<\/strong>&nbsp;diyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Maarif Davam\u0131z\u0131n Muallimlerini Yeti\u015ftirmeliyiz<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6\u011fretmenlerimizin e\u011fitiminin, kalitesinin ve de\u011ferinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir konu olarak halen g\u00fcndemdeki yerini korumakta. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde idare, b\u00fcrokrasi, \u00f6\u011frenci ve aile bask\u0131s\u0131 aras\u0131nda s\u0131k\u0131\u015fan \u00f6\u011fretmenin verimsiz ve etkisiz oldu\u011fu bilinen bir ger\u00e7ektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6\u011fretmeni ahlak ve bilgi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6rnek al\u0131nacak, \u00f6\u011frenciyi ak\u0131l ve kalp olarak hayata haz\u0131rlayacak ger\u00e7ek e\u011fitimciler olarak yeti\u015ftirmek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>E\u011fitimci-d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr Nurettin Top\u00e7u<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;\u201cMaarif Davam\u0131z\u201d isimli&nbsp; art\u0131k bir e\u011fitim klasi\u011fi say\u0131lan eserinde; \u00f6\u011fretmenli\u011fin alelade bir meslek olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/strong>Top\u00e7u\u2019ya g\u00f6re muallimler, \u00f6\u011freten, terbiye eden, yol g\u00f6steren, iyi \u00fcslup sahibi, hayat\u0131n akt\u00f6r\u00fc, ruhlar\u0131n sanatk\u00e2r\u0131, ilmin yay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131, memleketin atisi, medeniyet kurucusu olan kendilerine has \u00f6zellikte mukaddes bir mesle\u011fin sahibidirler. Bu \u00f6zelliklerle donanm\u0131\u015f \u00f6\u011fretmenin toplumun en aktif bireyi oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen Top\u00e7u, toplumu \u015fekillendirecek olanlar\u0131n muallimler oldu\u011funa inanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Maarif Davam\u0131zda Toplumun B\u00fct\u00fcn Katmanlar\u0131n\u0131 Birlikte D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeliyiz<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00dclkemizde art\u0131k e\u011fitimin b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl olarak ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Sadece okuldaki e\u011fitime odaklanmak yeterli olmaz. Ailenin, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131n, i\u015f hayat\u0131n\u0131n, toplumun, sosyal hayat\u0131n ayn\u0131 temel esaslar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclerek d\u00fczenlenmesi gerekir.
