Cumhuriyet d\u00f6neminde Kuran e\u011fitimi ve Camilerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 tamamen sivil topluma kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 90\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle Bosna Soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda mazlumlara yard\u0131m ve destek konusunda devletin yapamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yard\u0131m ve deste\u011fi sivil toplum yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda ya\u015fanan G\u00f6lc\u00fck Depremi bir \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131dan toplumu ve devleti sarsm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu zor y\u0131llarda sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 acil yard\u0131m, kurtarma, g\u0131da ve giyecek yard\u0131m\u0131nda adeta kanatlanm\u0131\u015f, kendini ve \u00fcyelerini a\u015fan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir gayretle, sivil, \u00f6zg\u00fcr ve h\u0131zl\u0131 karakteri ile toplumun vicdan\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermi\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toplumun Vicdan\u0131 Olmaktan \u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n Vicdan\u0131 Olmaya Do\u011fru<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2000\u2019li y\u0131llarda sivil alan\u0131n geni\u015flemesi, sivil toplumun g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi ve devlet-millet i\u015fbirli\u011finin artmas\u0131 nedeniyle sivil toplum daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve geni\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu d\u00f6nemde uluslararas\u0131 yard\u0131m faaliyetleri zirveye \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok yerinde acil yard\u0131m faaliyetleri yapan T\u00fcrk Yard\u0131m g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcleri insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n vicdan\u0131 olmay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Herbiri \u2018y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n felaketi\u2019 diye an\u0131lan 2004\u2019de Endonezya\u2019da deprem ve sonras\u0131nda geli\u015fen tsunami, 2005\u2019de Pakistan Ke\u015fmir\u2019de deprem, 2010\u2019da Pakistan Pencap\u2019ta sel bask\u0131n\u0131 sonras\u0131 y\u00fczbinlerce insan, hayat\u0131n\u0131, milyonlarca insan yak\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131, evini, e\u015fyalar\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015fti. Aradaki uzun mesafeye ra\u011fmen, bu b\u00f6lgelere en fazla yard\u0131m yapan sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 T\u00fcrk yard\u0131m g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcleri idi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u0131llard\u0131r Afrika\u2019da devam eden a\u00e7l\u0131k, yoksulluk ve sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 T\u00fcrk yard\u0131m g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcleri, Afrika insan\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni bir umut olmu\u015ftu.&nbsp; Bir zamanlar s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn, zulm\u00fcn, aldatman\u0131n, \u00f6ld\u00fcrmenin bir sembol\u00fc olan beyaz adam, siyah k\u0131tada adeta insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kanayan vicdan\u0131n\u0131 sarmak ister gibi beyaz-siyah karde\u015fli\u011fini sa\u011flaman\u0131n yollar\u0131n\u0131 ar\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yeni D\u00f6nemde \u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n Vicdan\u0131 Olmak \u0130\u00e7in<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0130nsani de\u011ferler \u00f6ncelikli olmal\u0131\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130nsan\u0131 para, mevki-makam, g\u00fczellik, g\u00fc\u00e7..vs \u00fczerinden tan\u0131mlayan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 bize kaos, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma getirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130nsan\u0131 yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015flar\u0131n en m\u00fckemmeli olarak g\u00f6ren, onu meleklerin bile \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131karacak ahlaki \u00f6zelliklere geli\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, e\u011fitimde insani de\u011ferler, irfan ve hikmet boyutunu \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karan bir anlay\u0131\u015f yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u0130nsan insan\u0131n kurdudur\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 yerine \u201cHer insan di\u011ferinin yurdudur\u201d\u2026 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015fmal\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Payla\u015fmak, fedakarl\u0131k, sosyal adalet ve dayan\u0131\u015fma, bar\u0131\u015f, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, ya\u015fam hakk\u0131, hukukun \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, \u00f6tekinin haklar\u0131na sayg\u0131..vs gibi evrensel insani de\u011ferlerin her yerde ve durumda savunuculu\u011funu yapmal\u0131..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>K\u00fcresel Bar\u0131\u015f\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Silahlar\u0131n g\u00f6lgesinde bir deh\u015fet dengesi de\u011fil, insanlar\u0131n ve devletlerin hak ve adalet, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve g\u00fcvenlik dengesi i\u00e7erisinde bar\u0131\u015f ile ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00fcnya olmal\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcnyada a\u00e7l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in a\u00e7 insan ba\u015f\u0131na 1 dolar gerekirken, silahlanmaya harcanan para ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 100 dolard\u0131r.
