Daha sonraki y\u0131llarda kendisini yak\u0131ndan tan\u0131d\u0131k\u00e7a ilim ile irfan\u0131, bilgi ile bilgeli\u011fi, t\u0131p bilgisi ile hekimli\u011fi, a\u011fabeylik ile dostlu\u011fu samimiyetle ve do\u011fal halinde birle\u015ftirdi\u011fine \u015fahit oldum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cerrahpa\u015fa\u2019da \u00f6\u011frencili\u011fim y\u0131llar\u0131nda tan\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir hoca-talebe sayg\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde oldu. Mustafa Samast\u0131 Hocam ile 1979 y\u0131l\u0131nda Cerrahpa\u015fa T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesine ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m zaman  tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir kasabadan gelmi\u015ftim, \u0130stanbul\u2019un kalabal\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve sa\u011f-sol kavgalar\u0131n\u0131n kaotik ortam\u0131nda el yordam\u0131 ve g\u00f6n\u00fcl aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile yol bulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yordum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mustafa Hocam Cerrahpa\u015fa\u2019da Enfeksiyon Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve Mikrobiyoloji k\u00fcrs\u00fcs\u00fcnde asistand\u0131. Beyaz \u00f6nl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile Temel Bilimler binas\u0131n\u0131n koridorlar\u0131nda Prof. Dr. Ekrem Kadri Unat ve Do\u00e7. Dr. Ya\u015far Ba\u011fdatl\u0131 ile birlikte ilim pe\u015finde ko\u015farken, \u00fcniversite bah\u00e7esinde, \u00f6\u011frenci yurtlar\u0131nda, vak\u0131flar ve di\u011fer STK\u2019larda, camide gen\u00e7 t\u0131p \u00f6\u011frencileri ile sohbet eder, dost olurdu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sivil Toplum Faaliyetlerinde de En \u00d6nde \u0130di<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcniversite d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda ayn\u0131 ciddiyet, vakar ve samimiyetle \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcrd\u00fck. Daha sonra ilerleyen y\u0131llarda onun da samimi ve s\u0131cak tav\u0131rlar\u0131 ile bir dost ve meslekta\u015f<br>olarak g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeye devam ettik. Akademik hayattan \u00f6zel sa\u011fl\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne ge\u00e7ti\u011fim y\u0131llarda<br>bir\u00e7ok sivil toplum kurulu\u015funda birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Bu y\u0131llarda Mustafa Hocam\u0131n sivil toplum<br>faaliyetlerinde de en az akademik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kadar aktif ve gayretli oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fcm. Hangi<br>g\u00fczel, faydal\u0131, hay\u0131rl\u0131 bir faaliyet varsa mutlaka i\u00e7inde bulunuyordu. Bazen ba\u015fkan, y\u00f6netim<br>kurulu \u00fcyesi, bazen kurulu\u015fundan itibaren her mevkide hizmet ve gayret eden bir g\u00f6n\u00fcl eri<br>oluyordu.<br><strong>Hayat anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131: \u0130nsanlara faydal\u0131 olmak<\/strong><br>\u0130kibinli y\u0131llarda sa\u011fl\u0131k alan\u0131ndaki bir\u00e7ok STK\u2019da beraber \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Sa\u011fl\u0131k sendikac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, vak\u0131f,<br>dernek, uluslar aras\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k yard\u0131mlar\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131k sistem ele\u015ftiri ve \u00f6nerileri, sava\u015f ve halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131<br>sorunlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k aktivisti \u2026 vs gibi insanl\u0131\u011fa faydal\u0131, hay\u0131rl\u0131 her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n i\u00e7inde idi.<br>Onun hayat anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 anlatmak gerekirse \u015fu hadis-i \u015ferife uygun ya\u015famakt\u0131r derim:<br>\u201c\u0130nsanlar\u0131n en hay\u0131rl\u0131s\u0131 insanlara\/insanl\u0131\u011fa en faydal\u0131 oland\u0131r.\u201d<br>Unutamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m bir hat\u0131ram\u0131z\u0131 payla\u015fmak isterim. 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda sa\u011fl\u0131k alan\u0131ndaki bir STK<br>y\u00f6netiminde beraber \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorduk. Arap bahar\u0131 sonras\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok \u00fclke M\u0131s\u0131r, Libya, Irak adeta<br>kan g\u00f6l\u00fcne d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Suriye de ise olaylar yeni ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f, i\u00e7 sava\u015f\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fc \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131<br>oluyordu. Hem d\u00fcnya hem de T\u00fcrkiye kamuoyunun dikkatini \u00e7ekmek ve duyarl\u0131l\u0131k<br>olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7im beyaz \u00f6nl\u00fcklerimizle bir y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yap\u0131p 3 ayr\u0131 dilde bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131<br>yapacakt\u0131k. Konusu M\u0131s\u0131r ve Suriye\u2019de sivil katliamlar ve ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018Kan d\u00f6kme Kan ver,<br>insanl\u0131\u011fa can ver\u2019 olan bu eylem sonunda K\u0131z\u0131lay\u2019a kan ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bulunacakt\u0131k. Bas\u0131n<br>a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 kim haz\u0131rlas\u0131n diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrken oy birli\u011fi ile Mustafa Hocam\u0131n yazmas\u0131nda karar<br>k\u0131ld\u0131k. Hocam\u0131n kaleminden \u00e7\u0131kan o bildiride en i\u00e7ten, en samimi duygularla t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya ve<br>insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n vicdan\u0131na sesleniyordu. \u0130ngilizce, Arap\u00e7a ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7e okunan a\u00e7\u0131klamay\u0131 \u00f6nemi ve<br>Hocam\u0131n fikir-ruh d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 anlatmak i\u00e7in k\u0131smen buraya almak isterim:<br>\u2018Bir insan\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcren t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f; bir insan\u0131 ya\u015fatan t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya\u015fatm\u0131\u015f<br>gibidir.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak\u0131t\u0131lan her bir insan\u0131n kan\u0131 t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kan\u0131, \u00e7i\u011fnenen her bir insan\u0131n onuru t\u00fcm<br>insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n onurudur. Her bir masumun \u015fahs\u0131nda katledilen ger\u00e7ekte insani de\u011ferler ve<br>insanl\u0131kt\u0131r. G\u00fcc\u00fc elinde bulunduranlar\u0131n \u015feref ve itibar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu vah\u015feti de\u011fil desteklemek<br>ona sessiz kalmak bile insanl\u0131k su\u00e7udur.<br>Suriye ve M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019da son ya\u015fanan olaylar t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyay\u0131 bir utan\u00e7 \u00e7emberine alm\u0131\u015f durumda.<br>\u0130nsanl\u0131k onuru ayaklar alt\u0131nda. Bat\u0131 d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n liderli\u011finde geli\u015fen evrensel de\u011ferler,<br>\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, demokrasi, temel insan haklar\u0131 talepleri hi\u00e7 bu kadar \u00e7i\u011fnenmemi\u015f, hi\u00e7 bu kadar<br>su\u00e7 say\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<br>Ancak, bundan da vahim ve ac\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 olan\u0131 t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyan\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fc \u00f6n\u00fcnde s\u00fcr\u00fcp giden bu<br>vah\u015fetin insanl\u0131k umudunu s\u00f6nd\u00fcrme tehlikesidir. Bu umut s\u00f6nerse d\u00fcnya herkes i\u00e7in bir<br>zindan olacakt\u0131r. Haks\u0131z yere ak\u0131t\u0131lan kanlar, d\u00f6k\u00fclen g\u00f6zya\u015flar\u0131 tarih boyunca hep<br>zalimler ve destek\u00e7ilerini bo\u011fmu\u015ftur.<br>Herkes yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ve de yapabilece\u011fi halde yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ahlaki sorumlulu\u011fu alt\u0131ndad\u0131r.<br>Haks\u0131zl\u0131klara tepki g\u00f6stermek insani duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n en alt seviyesidir. \u0130nsanl\u0131k bir b\u00fct\u00fcnd\u00fcr ve<br>t\u00fcm insanlar bu b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn par\u00e7alar\u0131d\u0131r. Ak\u0131t\u0131lan her bir insan\u0131n kan\u0131 t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kan\u0131,<br>\u00e7i\u011fnenen her bir insan\u0131n onuru t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n onurudur.<br>\u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bu ay\u0131ptan kurtarmak, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131za utan\u00e7 duymayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir<br>gelecek b\u0131rakmak ad\u0131na belki son bir f\u0131rsat\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131r.<br>Yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn duyarl\u0131 insanlar\u0131n\u0131 ve uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131; \u0130nsanl\u0131k ad\u0131na, d\u00fcnya bar\u0131\u015f\u0131<br>ve gelecek umudu ad\u0131na, Suriye ve M\u0131s\u0131r ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde devam eden<br>insani katliamlara kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmaya ve bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 giri\u015fimlerde bulunmaya davet<br>ediyoruz.\u201d<br><strong>\u0130slam-\u0130nsan-Bilim-Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri<\/strong><br>Mustafa Hocam\u0131n bir\u00e7ok konferans\u0131n\u0131 dinledim, baz\u0131 panellerde birlikte konu\u015fmac\u0131 olduk.<br>\u0130slam ve sa\u011fl\u0131k hakk\u0131nda verdi\u011fi bir konferans hem mesleki birikimini yans\u0131tmas\u0131 hem de<br>inan\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131zla bilgiyi ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok de\u011ferli idi. Bir\u00e7ok<br>akedemisyenin de ortak kanaati bu konferans\u0131n t\u0131p fak\u00fcltelerinde a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f dersi olarak verilmesi<br>idi. Daha sonra hocam\u0131n makale halinde yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu konferanstan baz\u0131 paragraflar\u0131<br>\u00f6nemine binaen yazmak isterim.<br><strong>\u0130slam ve Sa\u011fl\u0131k<\/strong><br>T\u00fcm yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f evren gibi insan da son derece hassas dengeler (mizan) ve \u00f6zel \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcler<br>(kader) \u00fczerine yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (Kamer: 49, R\u00e2\u2019d: 8, Furkan: 2).Mizan s\u00f6zl\u00fckte terazi, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc ve<br>denge anlamlar\u0131na gelir. Terazi hak ve adaletin de sembol\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u0130nsan kendisiyle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir<br>varl\u0131k de\u011fildir. T\u00fcm canl\u0131lar ve fizik \u00e7evre birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131 bir b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturur. \u0130nsan<br>\u00e7evresini etkiledi\u011fi gibi \u00e7evre de (fizik, biyolojik, sosyal) insan\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k ve hastal\u0131k<br>durumunu etkiler. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n korunmas\u0131nda insan\u0131n tutum ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n<br>yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00e7evrenin de korunmas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kendisine verilmi\u015f olan c\u00fczi iradesiyle yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde denge ve d\u00fczeni de\u011fi\u015ftirebilen,<br>bozabilen tek canl\u0131 insand\u0131r. Bu nedenle insana emanet sorumlulu\u011fu y\u00fcklenmi\u015ftir (Ahz\u00e2b:<br>72). Emanet s\u00f6zl\u00fckte g\u00fcvenilir olmak, do\u011fruluk, bir kimseye korumas\u0131 i\u00e7in verilen \u015fey\u2026<br>gibi anlamlara gelir. Kur\u2019an\u2019da emanet din\u00ee y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler, g\u00f6rev ve sorumluluklar<br>anlamlar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Yery\u00fcz\u00fc insan\u0131n emanetine verildi\u011fi gibi insan\u0131n bedeni,<br>organlar\u0131, sahip oldu\u011fu imk\u00e2n ve kabiliyetleri, \u00fcstlendi\u011fi g\u00f6revleri, fiziki ve sosyal \u00e7evresi<br>de emanet kapsam\u0131na girmektedir. Ne var ki insano\u011flu zulme, haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa ve cehalete son<br>derece e\u011filimlidir (Ahzab: 72).<br>\u0130nsan\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131 f\u0131trat\u0131na yani yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f \u00f6zelliklerine uygun davranmas\u0131yla<br>m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cinsan\u0131n kendi i\u00e7 d\u00fcnyas\u0131 ve d\u0131\u015f \u00e7evresiyle (fiziki, sosyal,<br>biyolojik) dengeli, uyumlu olmas\u0131 h\u00e2li\u201d \u015feklinde tan\u0131mlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. F\u0131trat yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f<br>demektir. Din\u00ee anlamda Allah\u2019\u0131n insanlar i\u00e7in koydu\u011fu kurallara uygun davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ifade<br>eder. \u201cB\u00fct\u00fcn benli\u011finle y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc Allah\u2019\u0131n insan f\u0131trat\u0131na uygun k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 Hak dine y\u00f6nelt<br>(Rum: 30).\u201d<br>-\u00d6ncelikle vurgulanmal\u0131d\u0131r ki her \u015feyin anahtar\u0131 insand\u0131r. K\u0131sacas\u0131 maddi refah i\u00e7in insan\u0131 ara\u00e7 haline getirmi\u015f olan<br>Bat\u0131 bir yandan hastal\u0131k nedenlerini \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131rken ayn\u0131 zamanda bu hastal\u0131klar\u0131n tan\u0131m ve<br>tedavisi \u00fczerinden de \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7\u0131karlar elde etmenin alt yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmi\u015ftir.<br>De\u011fer odakl\u0131 ya da \u00e7\u0131kar odakl\u0131 bir hayat<br>-Temel de\u011fer olarak \u0130slam \u201cinsan\u201d odakl\u0131, Bat\u0131 ise \u201c\u00e7\u0131kar\u201d odakl\u0131 bir hayat perspektifi<br>sunmaktad\u0131r.
