Cumhuriyet d\u00f6neminde Kuran e\u011fitimi ve Camiilerin<br>yap\u0131lmas\u0131 tamamen sivil topluma kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 90 y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle Bosna sava\u015f\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda<br>mazlumlara yard\u0131m ve destek konusunda devletin yapamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yard\u0131m ve deste\u011fi sivil toplum<br>yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda ya\u015fanan G\u00f6lc\u00fck depremi bir \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131dan toplumu ve devleti sarsm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu zor<br>y\u0131llarda sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 acil yard\u0131m, kurtarma, g\u0131da ve giyecek yard\u0131m\u0131nda adeta kanatlanm\u0131\u015f,<br>kendini ve \u00fcyelerini a\u015fan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir gayretle, sivil, \u00f6zg\u00fcr ve h\u0131zl\u0131 karakteri ile toplumun vicdan\u0131<br>oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toplumun vicdan\u0131 olmaktan \u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n Vicdan\u0131 olmaya do\u011fru<\/strong><br>2000 li y\u0131llarda sivil alan\u0131n geni\u015flemesi, sivil toplumun g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi ve devlet-millet i\u015fbirli\u011finin artmas\u0131<br>nedeni ile sivil toplum daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve geni\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu d\u00f6nemde uluslararas\u0131<br>yard\u0131m faaliyetleri zirveye \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok yerinde acil yard\u0131m faaliyetleri yapan T\u00fcrk Yard\u0131m<br>g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcleri insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n vicdan\u0131 olmay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<br>Herbiri y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n felaketi diye an\u0131lan 2004 de Endonezya da deprem ve sonras\u0131nda geli\u015fen tsunami,<br>2005 de Pakistan Ke\u015fmir de deprem, 2009 da Pakistan pencap ta sel bask\u0131n\u0131 sonras\u0131 y\u00fczbinlerce insan<br>hayat\u0131n\u0131 , milyonlarca insan yak\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131, evini, e\u015fyalar\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015fti. Bu b\u00f6lgelerde aradaki uzun<br>mesafeye ra\u011fmen, en fazla yard\u0131m yapan sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 T\u00fcrk yard\u0131m g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcleri idi.<br>Y\u0131llard\u0131r Afrika da devam eden a\u00e7l\u0131k, yoksulluk ve sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 T\u00fcrk yard\u0131m g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcleri<br>Afrika insan\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni bir umut olmu\u015ftu. Halbuki islam medeniyetinde bilim Allah CC \u0131n<br><strong>Adem\u2019e Esma ve e\u015fyay\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmesi ile ba\u015flar.<\/strong><br>\u0130nsan-\u0131 Kamil anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 olu\u015fturmak\u2026 Sorunun par\u00e7as\u0131 olan insanla sorun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclemez. \u0130nsan\u0131n kalp ve<br>beyin e\u011fitimi ile nefs terbiyesi ile kamil, olgun insan haline gelmesi ile toplum d\u00fczelmeye ba\u015flar.<br>Yoksa heva ve hevesini rabb edinmi\u015f azg\u0131n bir nefs ve anlay\u0131\u015fla ancak bir deh\u015fet toplumu olu\u015fur.<br><strong>Erdemli Aile-Erdemli Toplum olu\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong><br>Erdemli, olgun, huzurlu, sa\u011flam, fedakar, ba\u015fkas\u0131na faydal\u0131 bir toplum olu\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kamil insan ve<br>erdemli aile yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n kurulmas\u0131 gerekir.
